Terms of Service
Terms of Service
Last updated: 22 July 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of PTSure at ptsure.com, including our websites, dashboard, APIs, checkout, wallet, and integrations (the “Service”). By creating an account or using PTSure, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who we are
PTSure provides a global local payments platform: a USD wallet ledger, hosted checkout, live forex conversion, merchant apps, and a gateway marketplace. PTSure is not a bank. Wallet balances are platform ledger balances used for settlement within the Service.
2. Eligibility & accounts
- You must provide accurate registration information and keep it updated.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and any API keys or webhook secrets.
- Email verification (and optional two-factor authentication) may be required to access certain features.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that appear abusive, fraudulent, or in breach of these Terms.
3. Roles on PTSure
- Merchants create apps/integrations and accept payments that settle as USD wallet credits.
- Gateway providers enable payment methods with sufficient USD float so their gateways can appear at eligible checkouts.
- One account may act in both roles. You must not use your own gateway or wallet in a way that cancels float and merchant credit against each other.
4. Payments, settlement & forex
- Checkout may show country-matched and global gateways ranked by eligibility and float.
- Settlement uses locked fee math published in the product (for example marketplace merchant credit, platform fee, and provider float debit).
- PTSure applies live daily market forex rates between invoice currency, gateway charge currency, and USD. PTSure does not add an FX markup fee on conversion.
- Payments left in processing may auto-cancel after the configured timeout (currently 30 minutes).
- Paid, cancelled, and related events may be delivered by webhook and return URLs you configure.
5. Wallet balances
- Credits and debits appear in your wallet history with available payment context (such as app and invoice references when provided).
- You are responsible for reconciling wallet activity with your own systems.
- Insufficient float may prevent a gateway from being offered or a payment from settling.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use PTSure for unlawful activity, fraud, money laundering, sanction evasion, deceptive checkout practices, or attempts to circumvent security, fees, or settlement rules. You must comply with applicable laws and the rules of any payment provider you connect.
7. Merchant apps & policies
When you create an app, you must provide accurate website, terms, and privacy policy URLs for your own business. PTSure’s Terms and Privacy Policy cover the PTSure platform; your customer-facing policies remain your responsibility.
8. Integrations & APIs
Modules and API examples (including WHMCS and WooCommerce) are provided to help you connect. You must keep credentials secret, validate webhook signatures where applicable, and test thoroughly before production use.
9. Fees
Platform settlement shares and marketplace float rules are part of the Service design and may be updated with notice on the site or in-product documentation. Third-party PSP fees charged by providers you use are separate from PTSure.
10. Intellectual property
PTSure branding, software, and documentation remain our property. You receive a limited license to use the Service as permitted by these Terms.
11. Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted uptime, that every gateway will always be available, or that third-party processors will always settle without delay. FX rates depend on market data sources and timing.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PTSure is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages, or for losses caused by third-party gateways, incorrect integration configuration, or force majeure. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Service is limited to the platform fees actually paid to PTSure for the three months before the claim.
13. Indemnity
You will indemnify PTSure against claims arising from your use of the Service, your apps/content, your customers, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date on this page. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
