This Privacy Policy explains how PTSure (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use ptsure.com and related services (the “Service”).

1. Information we collect

Account data: name, email, phone, country, password (stored hashed), and profile settings such as secondary email or 2FA status.
Business & integration data: app names, website URLs, API keys metadata, webhook configuration, gateway settings, and policy URLs you submit.
Payment & wallet data: payment amounts, currencies, statuses, descriptions, metadata (for example invoice IDs), settlement ledgers, and related events.
Customer fields you send: optional customer name, email, and country passed into checkout via your integrations.
Technical data: IP address, browser/device information, approximate location derived from IP for country detection, logs, and security signals.
Communications: emails we send (verification, password reset, payment notices) and support messages you send us.

2. How we use information

Create and secure accounts, verify email, and enable optional two-factor authentication.
Operate checkout, wallet settlement, live forex conversion, gateways, and webhooks.
Prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access (including bot protection such as Cloudflare Turnstile where enabled).
Send transactional messages required to operate the Service.
Improve reliability, debugging, and product features.
Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.

3. Legal bases

Where applicable privacy laws require a legal basis, we rely on performance of a contract (providing the Service), legitimate interests (security, product improvement, preventing abuse), and consent where you provide optional data or marketing preferences.

4. Sharing

Payment providers / gateways you or the marketplace select, to process a payment.
Infrastructure providers that host email delivery, servers, CDN, or security services under our instructions.
Your own systems via return URLs and webhooks you configure.
Authorities when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of the Service.

We do not sell your personal information.

5. International transfers

PTSure may process data on servers in different countries. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.

6. Retention

We retain account, payment, and ledger records for as long as needed to operate the Service, meet accounting/compliance needs, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You may request account deletion subject to legal retention requirements.

7. Security

We use technical and organizational measures such as encrypted transport (HTTPS), hashed passwords, access controls, signed callbacks/webhooks, and optional 2FA. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

8. Your choices

Update profile details from your account settings.
Rotate API keys and webhook secrets from your apps.
Request access, correction, or deletion where applicable law provides those rights.
Disable optional 2FA or secondary email features you previously enabled.

9. Cookies & similar technologies

We use essential cookies for sessions, CSRF protection, and security. Analytics or preference cookies, if added later, will be described here.

10. Children

PTSure is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

11. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy by posting a new version with a revised “Last updated” date.
